A group of 8 to 12 young people selected by the adolescence and youth space of Saint Mathieu of the youth service of the city of Perpignan, will carry out a cross-report on their district.

How can you transform, vegetate, enhance your neighborhood with the mediums of press cartoons and photojournalism? Using street scene and urban landscape shots, the teenagers will rework the photos by drawing on them elements missing in the neighborhood (plants, street furniture, animals, etc.), in a real size (palm trees, skate park, bench ...) or imaginary (baobab, lion, panoramic swimming pool...). They will explore the possibilities.
